• Replenishment of the wine cellar and cigar supply
• Ensuring the good condition of valuables
• Ensuring inventory taking of valuables
• Management of floral decorations
• Invitation, receptions organization
• Welcoming the Principal and or guests
• Serving drinks and ensuring service at any time
• Telephone and correspondence management
• Management of and communication with the suppliers of the house
